Hi, I'm Kayleigh
Your Nutritionist
Registered Nutritional Therapist, food enthusiast and mama!
I’m passionate about helping even the busiest of people break free from digestive discomfort and regain control of their health. I am an accredited reflux practitioner, having completed advanced training in managing acid reflux and associated conditions. I’m a member of The British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
After a diagnosis of IBS some 15 years ago, I know what it’s like to struggle with symptoms like irregular bowel habits, reflux and bloating. I was left unsupported and feeling frustrated which led me on the path of training to be a Nutritional Therapist. Once I began to understand the power that Nutrition and Lifestyle can have on our overall health I was hooked. Which to do this day, keeps me motivated to continue learning, researching and understanding the latest advances in Nutritional sciences. So I can help people, just like you to understand what is driving your symptoms and giving you the tools to make life long changes to better health.
With the right support, sustainable changes are possible.

How I Work

How I support you as a Nutritional Therapist
As a Nutritional Therapist, my role is to look beyond symptoms and uncover what's going on. I take a comprehensive approach, considering your diet, eating habits, lifestyle, health history, environment, and emotional well-being - all while keeping your personal goals at the heart of our work together.
My programs are designed to create lasting change, giving your body the time and support it needs to heal. Regular progress calls ensure you stay on track, while practical tools help you seamlessly integrate new habits into daily life. I also collaborate with other healthcare providers, such as GPs and Therapists, to ensure you receive the best and most appropriate recommendations for your health. With the right approach and guidance, you can restore balance, improve your digestion, and feel your best.
